The McClellan Senior Center is a Cool Zone open to all who are wanting to beat the heat. The Center is open weekdays from 8 am until 3:30 pm. People in San Diego County unable to get to a Cool Zone location without transportation assistance, such as older adults, people with disabilities, or people who are homebound, can call 2-1-1 to be connected to a transportation or rideshare service at no cost.

To get to the center from Interstate 78, take the Civic Center Drive exit and turn north on Civic Center Drive. Follow Civic Center Drive to East Vista Way and make a right. Turn right on Vale Terrace Drive; the center is located at the second entrance to Brengle Terrace Park on the left.

Rental Information
The McClellan Senior Center's facilities are available to rent for a variety of occasions. Please consult with the Recreation & Community Services Department for more information.
