Building Permit Application

 Applications must be submitted in person at the Development Services Counter on the first floor of the Civic Center (next to the Cashier) during business hours.

• Roof Sheathing Inspection Affidavit Info (Reroof Only)
• San Diego Regional Hazardous Materials Questionnaire (Commercial and Demo Only)
• Smoke Detector & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Self-Certification Form (Residential Only)
• Stormwater Pollution Prevention BMP Checklist (Required for ALL projects)
• Waste Management Plan (ALL projects over $75k, Residential Additions, and ALL Demo Permits)
