Tai Chi
Tai Chi has proven to reduce physical and mental stress. We know that by reducing stress, normal mental clarity and physical output is increased. The class includes low impact exercises that can be performed in a sitting or standing position that promotes healthy blood circulation and mental clarity. Classes finish with self-acupressure techniques to relieve headaches, sore hands, sinus problems, and lower back pain.
