What You Can Do
Giving direct resources to the unsheltered exacerbates health and safety issues with our community. To help, please consider donating or volunteer with the local services providers the City partners with in addressing homelessness in Vista:
- Buena Creek Navigation Center (Shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness)
- VisTAY (Transitional Aged Youth Center partnered with Urban Street Angels)
- Operation Hope (Assisting families with children and single women suffering from homelessness)
- Community Housing Works (Affordable Housing Development)
- San Diego Rescue Mission (Social Work and outreach to the unsheltered population)
- Lifeline Community Services (Homeless Prevention - financial assistance, case management, financial literacy for residents in threat of becoming homeless)
