Defensible Space/Real Estate Disclosure Inspection

Request a Defensible Space Inspection (California Civil Code 1102.19)

California Civil Code 1102.19 requires the seller of property located in a “High” or “Very-High Fire Hazard Severity Zone” (VHFHSZ) to provide documentation to the buyer that the real property is in compliance with the wildfire protection measures set forth within Government Code, Public Resources Code, and local vegetation management ordinance.
