CEA 2026 Rate Relief

Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is introducing a rate relief option for customers enrolled in the Clean Impact power product to address rising energy costs in 2026.

How can I get the rate relief credit?

Most CEA customers are automatically enrolled in CEA’s default power product, Clean Impact Plus. To take advantage of the rate relief credit, CEA customers need to opt down to CEA’s base product Clean Impact, if they haven’t done so already, to receive rates less than SDG&E for the average customer.

To opt down, customers can:

  • Visit thecleanenergyalliance.org/opt-down/ and complete the form by entering your SDG&E account information and selecting the ‘Clean Impact’ base product, or
  • Call CEA Customer Service at (833)-232-3110 (M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
