City Council, Buena Sanitation District, Community Development Commission, and the Successor Agency to the Vista Redevelopment Agency actions are taken during City Council Meetings.

City Council Meetings

  • Regular City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers (2nd floor) at 200 Civic Center Drive. To participate in live City Council Meetings via Zoom, click on Regular Meetings Zoom Link.

City Council Workshops

  • City Council Workshop Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30  pm in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers (2nd floor) at 200 Civic Center Drive. To participate in live City Council Workshops via zoom, click on Workshops Zoom Link.

Agendas & Minutes

  • Agendas are posted 72 hours in advance of the City Council meeting.
  • Minutes of each meeting are presented to the City Council for approval at the next Regular Meeting and are posted on the website after City Council approval.
