Tri-City Medical Center will hold a community forum on Friday, Nov. 7, from 5 to 6:30 pm in the Morris B. Vance Community Room at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive. The session is part of a series of public meetings organized by the Tri-City Healthcare District to discuss a proposed long-term affiliation agreement with Sharp HealthCare.

If approved, the agreement would transfer operational and financial responsibility for Tri-City Medical Center to Sharp HealthCare. Because the Tri-City Healthcare District is a public entity owned by the residents of Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Vista, the proposal requires both public feedback and voter approval.
