The Vista Library, located at 700 Eucalyptus Avenue, will be temporarily closed from September 3 through September 26, 2025 while renovation work is underway.
During the closure, limited library services will be available at the Library’s bookmobile, stationed in the library parking lot. Visitors can browse a small book collection, pick up holds, and return items.

Cool Zone Alternative Location
For those who use the Vista Library as a Cool Zone, the City of Vista’s McClellan Senior Center (1400 Vale Terrace Drive) is an official Cool Zone and is open weekdays from 8 am to 3:30 pm. People in San Diego County unable to get to a Cool Zone location without transportation assistance, such as older adults, people with disabilities, or people who are homebound, can call 2-1-1 to be connected to a transportation or rideshare service at no cost.
