Santa Fe Sr Village Apartments Wait List Now Open
On January 10, 2023, the City Council approved Vista's first permanent supportive housing development—Santa Fe Senior Village at 414 and 428 N. Santa Fe Avenue. The development includes:
- 27 units for seniors experiencing homelessness, including 2 units for veterans.
- 27 units for extremely low and low-income seniors.
- Plus, onsite wraparound supportive services will be fully integrated for those in need.
The project is expected to be completed this fall.

All applicants will be selected from the Housing Authority of the County of San Diego's waiting list based on program criteria, federal housing policies, and the authority’s administrative plan.
